We perform a Carbon Risk Assessment on the property and portfolio to identify financial risks associated with the property’s carbon emissions. We utilise the analysis to distinguish the stranded assets and develop a strategy to mitigate the risks and improve overall portfolio resilience.
Environmental, Social & Governance
We help you define environmental and social criteria tailored to the property’s characteristics, while establishing a reporting framework that facilitates effective monitoring and governance. Some environmental indicators we are considering are the energy efficiency, carbon emissions, decarbonization targets, water consumption and waste management. From a social perspective, we are looking at a range of different indicators driven by tenant engagement initiatives and local engagement.
